LEXEVENTS was formed in 2002 by Alexia Lyons who after being approached by many of her former contacts and donors from her 8 year career in organizing major fundraising events for a number of prominent charities decided to make the move into opening her own business. Alexia’s career background is fashion design lead and it is from here her creativity and original ideas blossom whilst working towards a carefully constructed budget and overall dream presentation whether for a social event, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Wedding, Tea Party or Corporate Event.

Every event is unique as are the clients and budget is always a priority which allows Alexia to work differently according to the client’s needs, demands and partnership requirements.
The beauty of this relationship is that the client can use LEXEVENTS services as much or as little is required – some clients need 24 hr care, others limited input and hand-holding which is a welcome alternative to those busy clients who are capable of arranging their event and yet need a sounding board or partner to bounce idea off of whilst others are very new to the daunting and sometimes overwhelming needs to
event planning and management.

Alexia prides herself on tailor making each event a reflection of her client’s personality and dreams no matter what the budget or undertaking. This has proven itself to be a perfect union as all of LEXEVENTS business is by referral and it is very common for LEXEVENTS to work with a family from Bar Mitzvah, Engagement Party, Wedding, Simchat Bat or Brit and early birthday parties all through the same family!
